Responsibilities

• Prospecting

• Cold calling during training period

• Warm leads

• Hot leads, inbounds, web leads, direct mailer calls and many more

• Building a book of repeat customers

• Sales opening & sales closing

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

• Pre qualifying, data entry, info gathering for automated follow up marketing & building a book of business

• Answer financing questions from clients, help negotiate on behalf of your client with various bankers, lenders and underwriters

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong leadership, sales success, problem solving

• 2+ years experience in sales or college degree

• Proven track record in sales closing

• Attention to detail / organization

• Financial sales experience a plus but not required

• Excellence in communication, presentation, and professionalism

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written skillsets

• Strong financial aptitude / mathematical proficiency

• Ability to work in fast paced, team oriented environment
