Because of continuing growth, our Omaha location is currently seeking to fill a full or part time position for candidates that enjoy working in a sales environment. In this position you will support management, assist sales personnel, and build customer relationships. Based on candidates experience and career goals this role may be focused more on sales or more on administrative functions. This is a small office that allows candidates to gain experience in many aspects of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand company vision and goals
• Support sales and operations efforts through order entry and inventory management
• Process claims, receiving, invoicing, etc.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel on inbound/outbound shipments, will calls and other customer service issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Receive incoming customer calls.
• Provide a positive attitude to coworkers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years related experience is preferred
• Strong planning, organization, communication, problem solving
• Good phone skills
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Knowledge and experience in subjects of inventory control, material/stock handling/storage and/or building products
• Good computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.
• HS diploma or GED required
• Forest Products Supply is a drug-free environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.50 per hour
