We are growing quickly and are looking for an Installation Coordinator to join our team. As the Installation Coordinator you will be an essential asset to the service team and to Lexington Alarm Services overall efforts. Your Role at Lexington Alarm

As the Customer Service Coordinator you will serve as a direct point of contact for clients requiring assistance with their systems. Excellent customer service skills and multitasking capabilities are required for this role, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dispatch, scheduling and managing technician service routes
  • Efficient and professional handling of a high volume of customer phone and email inquiries.
  • Proactive Outbound Service Calls
  • One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • This is a full-time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday position in our Woburn office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
