Hourly amount of $18.00 to $24.00 (Based on Experience). For jobs which require overnight stays due to the location, there is $100 per day that is added to your check. We pay for drive travel time, to and from the job site, which also includes overtime. We offer a four day work week (Monday through Thursday), which means a three day weekend (off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

$1,400 dollar Sign on Bonus ($200 after 30 days of full-time employment, $200 after 60 days of full-time employment, $500 after 90 days of full-time employment, and another $500 after 120 days of full-time employment).

Must be available to report to the De Pere, Wisconsin location daily, and travel to various job sites is required.

Qualifications and Skills

• A clean and current driver's license is a must.
• Previous electrical experience of at least one year is preferred, (but not required).
• Experience as a lighting technician, electrical technician, construction background with electrical experience, construction crew member, or LED lighting background is also a plus.
• Must have the ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, lifts and bucket trucks.
• You must be physically capable of lifting, pulling and pushing materials and equipment to complete tasks throughout your workday.
• Must have some basic hand tools to work in the electrical trade.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
• Safe operation of all machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Responsible for job documentation as needed.
• Demonstrate job site leadership.
• Travel to various job sites is required.

NCLED specializes in lighting installation, lighting maintenance, and energy management services throughout Wisconsin and the Chicago area. We are currently hiring in our successful retrofit department. This position is for a field lighting/electrical LED lighting installer. We are looking for people who are team players and who have a desire to grow into leadership / job site supervisory roles. One year electrical preferred (but not required). Our lighting installer crews are working a minimum of 10 hour days, with lots of overtime. Reviews every six months. Potential for growth.
