INTAKE COORDINATOR (Applied Behavior Analysis and In Home Behavioral Services Department) Bedford, MA
30 HOURS PER WEEK – FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE $21 PER HOUR
The Edinburg Center’s Applied Behavior Analysis and In Home Behavioral Services Department is seeking an individual for the role of Intake Coordinator.

What You Will Do:
This is a unique opportunity to make a difference and provide the much needed support to our Applied Behavior Analysis and In Home Behavioral Services Department.
Position Highlights:
· Oversees third party referrals for ABA Services: ABA, IHBS, Pre-Engagement & College Navigation and DDS
· Create and maintain forms and tracking systems as assigned.
· Creates record in Evolv (medical records) and uploads referral information received including but not limited to benefit and clinical information.
· Update weekly and monthly staff data, including MABHACCESS weekly staff availability and monthly service provision and waitlist data.
· Outreach for cases when needed.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
Must posse associate degree or relevant experience.
Proficiency in Windows especially Word and Excel
Experience in obtaining referrals for healthcare/mental health/dental care.
Valid MA driver's license, and reliable transportation required.
