Link Solutions is seeking an ISO Internal Auditor (Part-Time) to join our team in assisting our company in continuing our outstanding support to our government clients. The individual in this position must be a motivated professional that can work independently and can quickly learn our contracts/requirements. We are seeking to hire a part-time ISO Internal Auditor who can commit to working a schedule of 2-3 hours weekly (Mon-Fri) for 10 hours a month (please see schedule section below).

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of audit processes, procedures and monitoring customized audit programs, planning and performing audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies and processes and ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute scheduled audits including planning, preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up in accordance with Link Solutions processes and policies.
• Document all information pertaining to audit results including findings, opportunities for improvements, and observations.
• Prepare Audit and Executive Summary reports.
• Demonstrate high standards of conduct and ethics as well as the ability to use appropriate judgment and discretion.
• Assist with implementing audit tools to improve audit efficiencies.
• Assist with creating, revising, and documenting Internal Audit policies and procedures.
• Participate in annual external audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• US Citizen
• Minimum 2+ years of internal auditing experience
• Internal auditor training with a certificate of completion for ISO 9001:2015
• Ability to demonstrate strong general knowledge of the ISO Standards including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2022, and ISO 27001:2013
• Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Preferred:

• Internal auditor certificate of completion for ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 20000-1:2022
• Knowledge of CMMI for Services and Development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience in the presentation and argumentation of working results
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and balance workload to complete multiple assignments within time constraints.
• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure and high self-motivation.

Schedule/Salary: $55 an hour/Part-time

• 2 to 3 hours weekly.
• Must have the ability to commit to working 10 hours a month.
