Job Summary:
As our full-time internal medicine nurse practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Rockville, MD to treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients. You will be responsible for primary care throughout the SNF and maintaining a strong relationship with the client. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level. Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, families as well as preventative care. The ideal candidate will always puts the patient and facility first.

Job Details:

- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
