  Analysis and screening of bid specifications,
• Consultation with sales and account management on underwriting guidelines,
• Proactive communication and follow up with brokers and internal partners,
• Data entry into our proprietary rating engine.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 2+ years of experience required
• Must obtain Life & Health licenses within 3 months and apply for required non-resident licenses
• Must maintain licenses by meeting continuing education requirements
• Requires ability to understand and maintain knowledge of insurance operations, products, and concepts with the ability to apply marketing strategies and systems
• Requires strong planning, organizational, problem solving and time management skills with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
• Must have good oral and written communication skills plus the ability to develop effective relationships and motivate producer behavior
• Must have excellent computer and keyboarding skills
• Must have excellent level Excel skills as well as MicroSoft Office knowledge
• Salesforce experience a plus
• Must work well under pressure and be self-directed
• Some travel may be required including overnight stays (5%)

• This position is located in Cincinnati. This is a hybrid position, in that you will be able to work from the office, and at-home.

• May be willing to consider hiring at a higher level depending on qualifications, experience, and skillset.
