JOB SUMMARY

The Measurement Specialist supports the marketing team by performing measurement analyses on various marketing initiatives, market databases, and product performance. He/she supports internal stakeholders by creating and maintaining databases, reports, and dashboards that support business planning and growth initiatives. The Measurement Specialist supports marketing initiatives helping establish a source of reporting truth that can be relied on. He/she also looks for insights and recommends actions when appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updates data from established sources for reports, dashboards, and databases
• Supports the product through growth initiatives and other growth-oriented projects
• Meets with internal stakeholders to understand the scope of their needs
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to assess the best way to position information for best results
• Assists in business planning, churn analysis, market analysis, and competitive research
• Reviews measurement data for accuracy to validate findings
• Summarizes campaign measurement results in PowerPoint presentations to make recommendations on future initiatives or reviews past/current initiatives
• Performs standardized and ad hoc reports for senior management to provide information on marketing initiatives and volume and revenue performance
• Distributes reports to stakeholders to provide information on performance metrics, trends, and competitive analyses
• Responds to ad hoc requests from cross-functional groups to provide information on requested product and customer analyses

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel and working with data
• PowerPoint proficiency

Preferences:

• Able to query data with SQL
• Database knowledge
• Able to build dashboards in PowerBI
• Business background/experience
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding
• Located in Alpharetta, GA but open to remote work
