Inventory Analyst Job at Mayville Engineering Company (MEC)
As an employee/owner at MEC, you will be responsible for performing physical inventory counts. Determines accuracy of system data by comparing physical count data with location count data in the system.

- Research and reconcile variances as they occur.
- Analyze information about count discrepancies to determine root cause.
- Pull obsolete parts for disposal.
- Communicate cycle count findings to the Inventory Control Manager.
- Record Findings in cycle count database.
- Pull parts to go to supplier for tooling tryout.
- Weekly random audits.
- Weekly load to location audits.

- Qualifications Prior inventory and RF scanning experience a plus.*
- Knowledge of simple math calculations and comfortable using a calculator. Good organization skills.*
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Raymond and aerial work platform experience required, must receive certification at
MEC.
- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree
(GED). One to three months related experience and/or training is preferred.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- MATHMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. * REASONING ABILITY to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- COMPUTER SKILLS
