To keep up with our growth we are expanding our team and looking for someone to join as an Inventory Specialist.

Position summary:

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for deteriming and projecting the quantity of goods between suppliers and the company. This position requires the ability to analyze current inventory and project quantities of products to be restocked. Additionally, this position requires cross functional collaboration to ensure proper inventory calculations and available warehouse space.

Essential functions:

• Identify and solve issues relating to re-ordering of products
• Analyze exisitng inventory stock and sales and recommend sunsetting SKUs
• Create calculations to ensure proper POs are placed with suppliers while communicatiing inventory needs with Supply Chain team
• Adjust future orders based on inventory that is delayed
• Develop new processes and procedures to enhance inventory analysis
• Work with management to ensure expenditures of projected inventory is in line with budget
• Implement automation process with accurate real time inventory
• Monitor sales data from all online platforms
• Reduce out of stock inventory
• All other duties as assigned
