Position Summary:
Responsible for maintaining Material Master Data related to optimum storage for put away and picking efficiency. Manage a staff of 15-20 employees, each contributing accurate cycle counts, reports and feedback related to warehouse inventory integrity.
Overall Responsibilities:
Prepare and provide on a daily and weekly basis, reports; documentation relevant to inventory, productivity and summaries. Maintain inventory integrity and lead consolidation and replenishment efforts. Liaison between Client Services, Receiving, Planning and Outbound Distribution as it relates to upcoming new release launch products and changes in replenishment SKU velocity. Measure productivity and optimize staffing by customer for seasonal requirements. Support the facility safety plans and objectives
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Detailed knowledge and familiarity in a warehouse environment
- Analytical Skills needed for development of spreadsheets and resolve complex transactional issues.
- Play a key role in data mapping with customer interfaces.
- Distribution Planning experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3+ Years Inventory Experience
- 2-4 Years SAP, Word, Excel Experience
- 2-4 Years of Supervisory experience
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Walking / Sitting for long periods
- Office/Warehouse Environment
- Occasional exposure to weather
- Moderate to loud noise levels in warehouse
- Forklift and Order Picker Certification

- Process personal data, client data and employer business specific data in accordance of Personal Data Protection Act, in compliance with the CCA and in accordance with employer´s Work Procedure Rules, IT and Data Protection and other guidelines provided by employer
