Inventory Coordinator Job at Hunt Electric
Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time Inventory Coordinator to join our team within the Instrument Control Division.
This position requires self-motivation and self-management of work with strong interpersonal skills to meet with users in a face-to-face environment.
This full-time Inventory Coordinator position receives a competitive wage commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. Major Duties:
- Coordinate the shipping of finished goods
- Coordinate the receipt of materials and equipment
- Organize and manage the materials inventory for the Division
- Coordinate closely with project managers and lead technicians
- Attend coordination meetings within the division
- Create, manage and provide the necessary reports regarding material handling to the appropriate level of management.
- Able to provide additional support as needed to the manufacturing floor to meet deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and team player
- Hard-working
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Experience with material handling
- Ability to learn to operate a forklift
- Highly organized
- High School GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in logistics
- Creative thinker ability to create and implement improvements to the logistics process
- Knowledge of building part kits

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday, 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.
