Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time Inventory Coordinator to join our team within the Instrument Control Division.

This position requires self-motivation and self-management of work with strong interpersonal skills to meet with users in a face-to-face environment.

Major Duties:

• Coordinate the shipping of finished goods
• Coordinate the receipt of materials and equipment
• Organize and manage the materials inventory for the Division
• Coordinate closely with project managers and lead technicians
• Attend coordination meetings within the division
• Create, manage and provide the necessary reports regarding material handling to the appropriate level of management.
• Able to provide additional support as needed to the manufacturing floor to meet deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and team player
• Hard-working
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Experience with material handling
• Ability to learn to operate a forklift
• Highly organized
• High School GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in logistics
• Creative thinker ability to create and implement improvements to the logistics process
• Knowledge of building part kits

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday, 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.
