The Mallard Group seeks experienced individuals to fill Inventory Specialist roles in Mansfield, TX.

Inventory Specialist on-site M-F 6:00 am-3:30 pm.

  • This person is dedicated to receiving and managing the inventory of all planned fixtures.
  • Takes deliveries of all Operational Signing (ISM) and Store Team's accessory fixtures and sign packages.
  • Required to move pallets to and from the store and between storage containers.
  • Heavy equipment operating – Forklift and pallet jack used daily
  • Must be able to read, understand, and utilize multiple Bills of Material (BOMs), Installation Directives, and Technical Drawings (Fixture Layouts, Signage, Overviews, Floor plans, etc.)
  • Must be able to familiarize with and identify materials, parts, and part numbers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel – Inventory Specialist must be able to create and format simple Word Documents (reports, general communication, notes) and Excel Sheets (inventory management, tracking, etc.)
  • General computer/tech knowledge – Must be able to access and utilize programs/apps such as Smartsheet, Outlook, Sharepoint, and others used daily to report damaged and delayed shipments, send requests for ETAs, and more.
  • Must understand and utilize Target IDT report for inventory, material management, and status tracking, including reporting material issues/delays to necessary parties.
  • Excellent organizational skills required
  • Responsible for adhering to all safety guidelines GC, Target, Superintendent, and Project Managers set forth - typically including maintaining safe & clean workspace(s), familiarizing oneself with and complying with ADA standards, and wearing PPE at all times. Responsible for reporting safety violations to the Lead and/or Superintendent.
  • Must be able to meet physical demands, including lifting to 50lbs, frequently for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations for disabled individuals.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

  • Mansfield, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
