Job Title: Investment Operations Specialist
Location: St Paul, Minnesota (55107)
Duration: 6+ months (Possibility of Extension)
Hybrid: 1-2 Days Per Week in Office Required
Job Description:
· Performs a variety of operational duties for assigned areas of Accounting Control and Funding Operations.
· Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of funding transactions for broker/dealer entities.
· Researches and resolves operational and/or accounting exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review.
· Interfaces with Investment and other internal personnel to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers.
· Processes various account entries, ensures totals balance and prepare correcting adjustments as needed.
· Balance/reconcile cash accounts and security positions.
· Creates and prepares routine financial reports.
· Ensures that all documentation requirements are satisfied.

· Financial services/accounting experience
Preferred Requirements:
· Prior experience with a broker/dealer
· Accounting/reconciliation background
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Saint Paul, MN 55107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Reconciliation: 3 years (Preferred)
- Financial services: 3 years (Preferred)
