Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare and process timely and accurate reporting/remitting/billing/reconciliation to investors in accordance with agreements/guidelines and company polices. • Remits funds to investors to meet servicing agreement guidelines.

What You’ll Do Creates, reviews, analyzes, and assures quality of investor statements, schedules and reports, as well as providing reconciliation, remittance, and resolution activities. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare and process timely and accurate reporting/remitting/billing/reconciliation to investors in accordance with agreements/guidelines and company polices. • Remits funds to investors to meet servicing agreement guidelines.
- Analyzes remittance differences between remittance reports and bank reports. • Validates data coming from different departments and successfully works with those departments to resolve any discrepancies. • Ability to understand and interpret all amendments and ensure that investor reports are accurately updated to completely reflect such amendments. • Conduct research and create/review models and analysis.
- Forecasts payments for each investor as needed. • Ability to participate in testing of servicing system enhancements or other investor upgrades as needed. • Serve as one of the points of contact for internal and external questions regarding investor reports and remittances. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related filed, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of related experience in financial services industry. • Ability to interpret transaction documents and provide calculations and reporting. • Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment and display such skill while working with internal and external customers. • Proficient computer skills, including strong knowledge of Excel and ability to create spreadsheets.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task on many concurrent projects. • Strong written and verbal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems.
- Must be able to work and thrive within a Team environment. • Positive, high energy, and a desire to work hard to accomplish goals.
