Tasks & Activities:

Job Purpose

Irrigation Technician are responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining commercial , residential and homeowners association irrigation system.

Tasks

• Maintains and repairs irrigation systems including sprinklers, replacing valves, switches, and water lines
• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environment practices
• Complete required tasks accurately and in a timely matter
• Maintain vehicle and equipment neat and organized
• Mapping out areas for irrigation installation.
• Digging trenches and installing pipes and lines
• Installing pumps and electric timers
• Conducting routine maintenance check ups
• Completing progress reports and associated paperwork on Salesforce
• Follow all personal protection equipment safety requirement's
• Full year round work

Job Qualifications:

• Drivers License with clean driving record (Required)
• D.O.T medical card, or ability to obtain one (Required)
• Experience preferred
• Knowledge of Irrigation parts and systems- Operating of wire/valve locators, trouble shooting of Irrigation systems

Specific Skills:

• Positive team attitude and motivated. Work in varies weather conditions. Able to drive a truck, trailer, and equipment. Exceptional communication and attention to detail. Able to physically perform all aspects of the process. Ability to work independently Dependable & punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
