IT Analyst – IBM ELM (Jazz) Operations Job at Continental
Your tasks
As an IT Analyst – IBM ELM (Jazz) Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining applications hosted in IBM ELM platform. You will support our worldwide distributed Research & Development (R&D) team for Continental Automotive in case of incidents and changes for our tool chains.
Your profile
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or 4 years of equivalent experience in Lieu of degree
2+ years of experience in the IT field
Preferred Requirements
2+ years experience in application support, tool administration and service tasks.
2+ years experience in IT administration and service tasks
1+ years experience in managing Oracle Linux servers
Knowledge about managing Windows Client distribution
Knowledge about Agile Methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
Good understanding of the IT Service Management Processes.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with strong customer focus
English (fluently), German is a plus.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills required.
