We’re hiring an IT Desktop Support to provide on-site, first-line support to our employees and external IT staff. Will respond to phone, email, and walk-in requests, as well as troubleshoot printer/copier issues, and set up technical equipment for meetings, conference calls, etc. Assist with all mobile device distribution and maintenance, such as laptops, cell phones, tablets, etc. Responsible for providing remote hands-on technical assistance and support for the MSP-related to computer systems, hardware, software, servers, and network. Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

You will:

· Provide Tier 1, first level contact for Help Desk through tickets/phone/walk-in; triage the request; route to MSP as needed

· Provide Help Desk support for workstations/laptops, printers, software applications and programs

· Configure hardware as part of the on-boarding process; install computer peripherals

· Support and maintain video conferencing with IP video equipment, screen projector equipment, and laptop technology at on-site and off-site locations

· Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records; maintain asset tracking log

· Organize, label, and maintain inventory for consumables (printers, fax machines, copiers etc.)

· Maintain telephone system; assign/reassign extensions; maintain telephonic inventory

· Create training and documentation manuals

Qualifications:

· High school diploma, as well as some college-level Computer Science coursework

· Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support; proven working experience in providing help desk support

· Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control

· Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems; advanced Excel level preferred

· Valid driver’s license and access to a safe operating vehicle during scheduled working hours

· Criminal, motor vehicle, and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services background checks that meet agency standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
