We are looking for an agent to work core hours of 7AM-3:30PM CST.

As a Service Desk Agent, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Provide friendly, courteous and quality IT support to our clients by responding to incoming calls, web submissions, emails, and chats from clients experiencing technical issues
• Utilize a ticketing system to track and document client issues
• Complete client tickets in the ticketing system queue

To thrive in this role, you must have experience with remote IT helpdesk support as well as ticketing system knowledge. We would prefer that you have an educational degree, certificate or equivalent experience in IT Services.
