Job Description

TeamLogic IT of Westlake has a full-time job opening for a IT Technician. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
-Maintain and monitor customer networks using a monitoring agent
-Provide help desk, remote support, onsite support, network assessments and regular maintenance for all customers
-Troubleshooting and repair of PC's, Servers, and other network devices
-Installation and troubleshooting of software applications
-Answering of phone calls and working remotely with customers to resolve issues
-Monitoring/Installation of software updates, Windows Updates, backups, anti-virus, and overall server/workstation performance
-On-site visits to customer locations will be required
-Documenting of time and resolution to issues

Qualifications
-Associates Degree or equivalent experience in the IT field
-A+ certification, Network+, MCSE a plus
-Experience with VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V a plus
-Experience Installing/Upgrading Windows domain environments
-Experience with Network Administration
-Experience with Firewall/Router configuration
-Strong Problem-Solving Skills
-Proven network analysis and diagnostic skills, ability to implement quick and effective solutions to network problems and escalate issues when necessary.
-Ability to Implement and maintain all Microsoft Server System Roles and Features (Active Directory, Group Policy’s, IIS6-7, DHCP, DNS, FTP, WSUS, Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services, etc.)
-Experience Implementing and configuring Video Surveillance Systems
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Ability to work a flexible schedule

Additionally, the successful candidate will be highly organized, possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with being self-motivated and customer relationship oriented.

We are looking for local candidates only as this position is not a remote position and no relocation assistance is being offered.
