United McGill Corporation is a family-owned company, founded in 1951 in Columbus, OH. With headquarters in Columbus, OH, we have a nationwide team of about 140 Associates. We operate seven manufacturing plants and more than 20 sales engineering offices throughout the United States. The Company has five operating subsidiaries and each has been active for decades. The Computer Services Department provides IT support and development to all Associates and departments throughout the Company.
Responsibilities
· Install, troubleshoot, and repair all IT equipment,
· Assist in the administration and security of the network,
· Staff the help line for hardware and software problems.
· Participate in software development
Qualifications
· An Associate’s degree in computer technology, or the like,
· Working knowledge of software and hardware,
· Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
Hardware - Windows based PC, Servers, MFPs, and Smartphones
Software – Office365, On-Line Exchange , software development skills and experience
Operating Systems - Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019, Cisco
Communication/Networking - TCP/IP Ethernet, VPN, 2FA

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
