IT Help Desk - Support Technician

Shoshin Technologies specializes in providing high-quality, proactive service, maintenance and technology solutions to businesses and municipalities. We are looking for a dedicated and talented Help Desk - Support Technician to join our team.

Candidate will be responsible for supporting small business and government local area networks and information systems, while maintaining our company’s position as the organization’s trusted technology advisor.

Experience in an MSP environment is recommended.

Working experience in the following is preferred:

• TCP/IP Networks
• Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Process Automation
• SMB Networked Environments
• Microsoft Products
• Cybersecurity
• Backup, Disaster and Recovery
• Working with 3rd Party Vendors

Candidate should have strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with a desire to streamline processes to achieve a goal. Potential team member should communicate effectively in oral and written formats; and maintain and acquire new skills through ongoing research and training.

Positive attitude and ability to work well with fellow team members and customers is a must. Clean criminal background check – CJIS Level 4 certification upon hire will be a requirement.
