We are looking for janitor to be part of our Front of the House Team
Main purpose of the job
The Janitor is committed to cleaning and works diligently to maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the restaurant areas. Janitors perform a lot of manual labor, so good physical strength and stamina is useful. Our company will rely on you to provide our guests and employees with a spotless interior and exterior atmosphere where everything is well-ordered. You will be a critical component of upholding our company culture and image all while helping us to look and feel our absolute best through the ambiance of our restaurant by providing superior janitorial skills.
Candidate profile
- 3 months’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary, hospitality or related professional area
- At least 6 months experience as a janitor in upscale or fine dining serving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning industry is a big plus.
- The janitor is committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift and proper use of safety equipment, tools.
- Licenses/Certifications: Food Safety Certification
