Janitorial Cleaner Job at Pacific Northwest Cleaning Services
Looking for a hardworking, trustworthy, and detailed cleaner who is willing to work every Friday evenings and Saturdays. There are 4 commercial jobs that take 2 hours each to do. Jobs are located in Lynnwood, Everett, Woodinville and Edmonds. Pay increase will apply when job performance is up to standard and willing to put on more hours when more janitoral jobs are on schedule.
We use our own supplies, you must be willing to pick up all janitorial supplies at our office before heading to the jobs, then dropping off the supplies after.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
- Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean restrooms
- Washing and clean windows and mirrors
- Detail dusting
Skill and Qualification:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them
- Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds
- Good organization skills
- Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners
- Excellent time-management skills

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
