Windsor Building Services specializes in commercial cleaning providing janitorial services to medical facilities, surgery centers, hospitals, offices, churches, schools, and manufacturing facilities.

Windsor Building Services is looking to hire for motivated nighttime Janitorial Supervisor(s) to supervise our janitorial staff. The Janitorial Supervisor’s responsibilities will include overseeing staff production and efficiency, implementing Windsor’s standards at all work sites and effectively communicating with the janitorial staff and office.

To succeed in this position, you should possess knowledge of cleaning methods, organizational skills, management experience and excellent communication skills.

Janitorial Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Take inventory and deliver cleaning supplies and equipment as needed to janitorial staff.
• Training new janitorial staff and implementing Company’s standards to all janitorial staff.
• Resolving janitorial staff’s conflicts in a professional and effective manner.
• Monitor your provided work email and phone to ensure you are up to date on office memos and staff scheduling changes.
• Assist in finding staff coverage and/or performing janitorial duties in the event of staff shortages if needed.
• Come prepared for daily meetings at our Conroe office.
• Monitor janitorial staff’s timekeeping and performance.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure Windsor’s standards are being kept in place.
• Effectively communicate with the janitorial staff and office and relay pertinent matters to janitorial staff and office management.
• Follow Company’s protocols and policies.
• Nightly summary of night’s events.

Janitorial Supervisor Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Janitorial Supervisor.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license.
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills.
• Highly possess organizational skills.
• Possess stellar customer service skills.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work some weekends (rotating weekends and able to be on call in the event of an emergency.
• Have a reliable vehicle as traveling between work locations is required.
