IES Residential is currently seeking an
experienced Electrical Multi-Family Licensed Journeyman/Foreman in the Houston, Tx area.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary: Depending on experience
Duties & Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and wiring diagrams; apply electrical theory to practical applications

Install various types of electrical conduit systems according to NEC, work on and around high voltage energized equipment

Work in environment to include climbing stairs, scaffolding, as well as extreme heat/cold weather conditions
- Work 7am – 4 pm Monday – Friday, to include weekends and holidays as job site conditions require
- Observe all of IES and General Contractors safety rules and regulations; wear all personal protective equipment
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Supervise and coordinate work assignments of sub-contractors
- Responsible for time entry and daily reports in Buildertrend daily
- Responsible for the requisition, storage, and upkeep of material inventory
- Organizes, schedules and monitors work assignments
- Will perform other duties as assign

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand or walk for 3-4 hours
- Setup, maintain, and check weekly temporary power
- Ensuring all work installed is of exceptional workmanship and meets all applicable local and national compliance codes or requirements
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with partners, inspectors, and general contractors to meet and exceed system requirements and scheduled timelines
