Under general supervision this position reconciles reports daily to alleviate any data variances between a client’s host system and PFS Group’s company inventory while keeping quality, speed and accuracy at acceptable levels.

Ideal Candidate

Green, willing to learn, and highly detail oriented. Highly beneficial for someone who wants to pivot to a more tech focused career with limited working experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely processing of files. Troubleshooting failures in the event files fail to process properly.
• Finding what data is required to resolve data variance between the systems.
• Bulk inserting missing data in system to reconcile inventory.
• Identifying trends that may be systematically causing system variances.
• Communicating trends and solutions with developers/client management to close gap between systems.

Requirements

• Must have analysis and research skills with a strong math aptitude
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to focus on detail and accuracy
• Must be flexible, adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated
• Highly-organized with ability to multi-task, work well under pressure with deadlines, and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality habits
• Ability to work in a team environment and work independently equally as effectively
• Ability to follow oral and written directions
• Demonstrated stable work history

Preferred

• Prior SQL experience
• Prior C# or Python exposure
