**JUNIOR ONLINE FITNESS COACH**

*Starting at 10 hours / week*

As a Jr. Online Coach you support the CEO (me :) ) & our Sr. Coach in delivering an incredible & life changing experience to clients of the Peak Performance Academy.

You’ll be in consistent contact with LGBTQ+ professionals on their journey to transformation and coach them with my proven process in the Peak Performance Academy Coaching Program.

You’ll have fun, connect to people from all over the world and learn how to optimally coach our students along the way!

ROLE:

  • The Jr. Online Coach will provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner for Peak Performance Inc. This position would ensure the streamlining of communication and operations, management of administrative tasks, documentation of client and business progress in order to increase back-office efficiency and productivity resulting in the continual elevation of the current and future client membership experience to execute the mission of the company, to be about being better. The Online Coach will handle everything from scheduling and communication management to helping advise the CEO and Sr. Coach on large company decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program new clients added to coaches roster based off their fitness goals with nutrition targets & a training program via our coaching app
  • Host live Coaching Calls to our client-only Facebook community to coach, support, and guide clients along their fitness & physique journey while being in the PPA
  • Deal with incoming emails, messages, comments, calls, or inquiries from clients or internal team during the week
  • Responsible for sitting in & participating on a weekly Staff Huddle up & a weekly Coaches Huddle up to collaborate on company projects / systems, program delivery, and overall company growth
  • Ensure weekly-check in responses are sent to each client of the CEO.
  • Review weekly-check in messages and relay necessary information to the CEO.
  • Hold clients accountable to completing required weekly check-ins and accountability messages.
  • Lead new client Welcome Calls for the Peak Performance Academy and ensure the completion of the onboarding process. This includes, but is not limited to, the client registering on appropriate websites required for the Academy, the generation of the client progress tracking sheet, reminding the client until receiving the homework due prior to orientation and ensuring that it is submitted to Academy satisfaction and expectation.
  • Attend small-group coaching calls in order to update the progress tracking sheets and relieve the CEO of any administrative and documentation tasks during coaching calls.
  • Communicate with clients regarding necessary announcements or reminders.
  • Relay to the CEO any feedback heard from clients. For example, additional resources that could be developed, videos to be filmed, questions to answer, or topics to address.
  • Communicate with potential clients within the free Facebook group and the academy Facebook group during challenges and workshops as the CEO would outline prior to each.
  • Assist in coordinating details for Live Events and Retreats for the staff and clientele.
  • Travel and attend to periodic Live Events (client retreats)
  • Able to effectively work side by side with the CEO, Sr. Coach and any other hired staff to move big projects forward.
  • To assist with any other tasks not directly in need of the CEO and ANY other duties deemed necessary by the CEO.

RESULTS:

  • Retain a minimum of 50% of clients into graduation programs as that is our company standard and baseline
  • Overall, to ensure the streamlining of communication and operations, management of administrative tasks, documentation of client and business progress in order to increase back-office efficiency and productivity resulting in the continual elevation of the current and future client membership experience to execute the mission of the company, to be about being better.
  • All appointments, meetings, events are calendared in a timely fashion and reminders are set to preference.
  • All business-critical documents are saved and filed properly.
  • All Peak Performance Inc. action items are properly tracked/updated daily on their respective tracking spreadsheets.
  • All potential and current client communication is effectively managed, responded to, and dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • All necessary components of the new client onboarding process for the CEO’s coaching programs are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relieving the CEO of documentation and administrative asks during coaching calls allowing for the CEO to give clients her full attention and have clients feel supported.
  • All clients have questions answered, and messages/posts responded to in less than 24 hours to ensure an extraordinary membership experience.
  • All clients needing additional support are served to optimize their membership experience and the results they obtain from the coaching program.
  • Any and all interactions not needing my role directly are screened and handled.
  • All interactions are screened and handled appropriately, reaching out to CEO and other staff as needed for decision making.
  • All events are planned, coordinated, and managed ahead of time.
  • CEO does not have to search or ask for answers, the Online Coach finds and deliver the answers and anticipates the answers the CEO needs.
  • Systems to improve the work life of the CEO, the membership experience of the Peak Performance Academy, and the experience of the free Facebook group are designed and implemented consistently (i.e. new ways to streamline/filter communication or ways to optimize time and productivity).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • EXTREMELY ORGANIZED.
  • Has knowledge in nutrition, macro tracking, progressive overload, weight training, and fitness as a whole.
  • **Computer-savvy / tech-savvy - familiar with: Zoom, PDF editing, Facebook, Instagram, Google Calendar, and Excel.
  • High energy and a positive attitude to impact the lives of others.
  • Works well under tight deadlines and pressing situations.
  • Able to consistently maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude no matter what and reflect the demeanor of CEO.
  • Expert communication and customer service skills. Both written and spoken.
  • Expert leadership skills and ability to take initiative to inspire and support others.
  • An internal desire to impact and change the bodies & lives of individuals in the LGBTQ+ community

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
