Job Description:

The technical and business analyst is responsible for data analysis, competitive software product research, addressing advanced inquiries regarding our software suite, analyzing requests for feature enhancements, and occasionally supporting B2B clients as a method of obtaining insights to our software.

Our software for automated complex scheduling of staff of size 200-10,000 staff has been compared against very large competitors and proven clearly superior. We serve Acute Care hospitals, Psych and Behavioral Hospitals, Police and Sheriff Operations, Prison Staff,and other verticals. We have succeeded at every client at every sector we have served.

We are looking for an organized, detailed-oriented person that will be quick and diligent at learning our suite capabilities and supporting the enhancements of our B2B software. This individual will develop familiarity with specific client instances of our AWS hosted COTS software suite, be able to troubleshoot and engage our development team to address client inquiries and requests for enhancements. The selected candidate will quickly develop an intimate knowledge of their assigned client usage of this system, form and maintain relationships with the relevant client POCs.

Under the guidance of senior staff:

• map the workflows of the use of our products by customers
• create and deploy user surveys to assess their difficulties and their readiness to use our products, and the level of training they may need
• document result of regularly scheduled calls to clients to discover their comments about the use of the products and the level of satisfaction
• create presentations of findings of clients to Management and to clients about ideas to optimize product performance and satisfaction including items ranging from custom product enhancements, configurations, to refresher training
• participate in the delivery of product enhancements, from requirements gathering and specifications to working with the development team, business stakeholders, and client for a smooth delivery
• respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Ideally have some background in engineering, computer science, economics or have a high level of comfort with software applications.
• Hold a degree from a reputable university, with a GPA of 3.1 or higher or have commensurate work experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Visio (or like applications)
• Programming knowledge is ideal but not required

We are looking for someone that lives within a reasonable distance from our Gaiithersburg/Rockville area MD office (an hour or less) as we intend to go back to the office after COVID is under control. Remote work is acceptable for a brief period, relocation assistance will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
