Come join one of the fastest growing Home Care companies in NYC. We are currently seeking an individual that can help recruit HHA's in Brooklyn and Queens, and we are looking for the right candidate to help lead the charge recruiting heroes for the homes.
Qualifications
- Spanish Speaking Required
- The ability to work independently and take guidance from the Director of the recruitment department.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and must be flexible.
- Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with great energy.
- Must be an excellent public speaker.
- Good people skills are needed.
Experience
- Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (Preferred)
- Home Care: 2 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge of NYS DOH personnel hiring requirements (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Recruit and identify Home Health Aide (HHA) candidates for employment opportunities in the Bronx.
- Follow and execute recruiting plan/strategy in assigned territories.
- Attend industry-related events and job fairs.
- Assist HR team with the recruiting and hiring process of all Home Health Aides recruited.
- Identify new and effective recruiting sources.
- Expand community relationships and maintain contacts with HHA Training schools, placement agencies and social service agencies to promote the agency.
- Source and recruit candidates using a wide variety of sourcing, i.e., using databases, job boards, social media etc.
- Establish a strong rapport with candidates to prioritize the agency’s needs.
