One of the largest health care providers in the state of New York is currently looking for a Junior Recruiter or Recruiter to join their team and help attact the top talent in the health care field!

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for full cycle recruiting - source, screening, scheduling, and conduct in-person and virtual behavioral based interviews.

· Source for qualified candidates through various methods including posting ads, direct recruiting, utilizing Boolean searches, networking and referrals

· Participate in daily team meetings to discuss new clients, open positions, recruiting goals and strategies.

· Complete candidate profiles in CRM with accurate notes and candidate summaries

· Match candidates to open positions

· Responsible for conducting candidate reference checks.

· Interviews include applying proven techniques for negotiating pay rates, educating candidates on our firm’s services, and setting clear expectations on our internal process.

· Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews requested by our clients

· Conduct “Prep” calls with candidates, prior job interviews with our clients

· Debrief with candidate after each interview/assignment for detailed feedback

· Handle all steps of the offer stage, including final negotiations, consulting on counter offers/other job offers, following steps to gain full acceptance/commitments.

Qualifications:

· 0-2 years of professional experience in recruiting or HR environment preferred but not required.

· Recent college grads are welcome to apply!

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Strong communication and inter-personal skills

· Proven experience collaborating/working as part of a team (i.e. athletics, clubs, professional teams)

· Self-motivated and eager to learn

· Takes initiative and results oriented.
