Position Summary
The Kennel supervisor oversees the daily operation utilizing the following skills, Leadership, Critical Thinking, Team Building, Interpersonal Skills And Conflict Management.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience : At least one year of experience working in a kennel or veterinary environment. At least one year of managing a team of 5 employees or more.

Required : Requires reliable transportation to and from Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas.

Essential Functions

• Receives and carries out tasks from your General Manager.
• Maintains the highest possible level of health and safety for yourself and the team.
• Carries out and attains the goals of the Pet Hotel Mission.
• Develops and keeps a positive work environment.
• Personal self development and growth as an employee.
• Oversees the daily operation of kennel or daycare.
• Flexibility to work any kennel/daycare shift including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to come in early or stay late when the business is short staffed due to call outs or any other reason.
• Upholds the company vision in all decision making with the ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
• Works well and close with concierge when specific issues arise.

Salary: $50,000 Annually
