Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Kitchen Member to join our team at Gram Cafe & Pancakes. The Kitchen Member will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure quality and safety of food
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Monitor and control inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Member or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation and presentation
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
