M-F 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Who we are:

We are a Portland cannabis production company that distributes to 300+ dispensaries across the State of Oregon. We produce a large line of products, including edibles (cookies, rice crispy treats, gummies), kief, extracts, a full-line of pre-rolls (infused, single units, multipacks, hemp-wrapped blunts) with new products coming out regularly.

Who you are:

You are a detail oriented person comfortable with technology and being in front of the computer for extended periods while entering purchase orders and creating labels for our products an other various data entry. You are a positive person and a self-starter, dedicated to your team and willing to go the extra mile when necessary. You are flexible when it comes to change, and can adapt to and learn new processes.

What you’ll do:

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned:

● Create cannabis packaging labels in Adobe Illustrator by filling in the existing templates with the cannabis lab testing results.

● When products come into the facility and after the intake coordinator has verified the weights or counts, this person then completes the purchase order and puts the items into the inventory software.

● Add packaged finished inventory to the inventory system that automatically pushes the inventory to METRC.

● Print a rolls of labels by using the in house commercial roll printer.

● Assist in using our fully automated label application machine that applies labels onto tubes.

What you’ll need:

• The ability to work quickly with accuracy;
• The ability to work independently in a room with others;
• The ability to adapt to changing circumstances without notice;
• Once trained, mastery of OLCC guidelines and compliance;
• Active OLCC card or proof of OLCC test passage;
• Must be able to understand and comply with sanitation and safety regulations;
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written;
• State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
