• Demonstrate leadership, initiative and a positive attitude at all times
• Manage customer service and sales on 1 million dollars or more in the book of work
• Manage commercial maintenance properties and coordinate all property visits and ensure work is to company standards
• Upsell Enhancement work, Chemical applications and Irrigation work to your clients
• Build relationships with the current client base to gain more clients
• Address any client or maintenance concerns/problems.
• Assist in enhancing training/efficiency programs
• Possess problem-solving skills
• Address and handle any maintenance concerns/problems with production managers and ensure clients are satisfied
• Hold all team members accountable to company standards
• Provide quality control for maintenance properties and ensure properties are serviced to company standards
• Adjust irrigation timers and help facilitate repairs
• Assist in Landscape Maintenance tasks as needed

• MUST HAVE a minimum of 2-3 years of commercial Landscape Account Manager experience from a verified company
• MUST HAVE the ability to safely and effectively perform all aspects of landscape maintenance work including: mowing, blowing, pruning, edging, line trim, etc.
• MUST HAVE the ability to identify common turf types, shrubs, trees, annuals, perennials weeds, pests, and diseases.
• MUST HAVE the ability and knowledge to price all types of enhancements to commercial clients such as drainage, lighting, irrigation, tree work, flowers, rebuilds etc.
• Manage 1 million or more in the book of work
• Hit all sales goals
• Maintain current client base while adding additional clients to the portfolio
• Physically able to do tasks related to Landscape Maintenance (lift 50lbs)
• Valid Driver's License with a valid 3-year driving record
• Background check required with a drug test
• Irrigation and Drainage knowledge
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to fix/keep equipment running efficiently
• Working outside in the field daily
• Ability to use computers and computer software
