Do you like working outdoors? Are you looking to join a new company that is growing quickly? Tailored Properties is looking to hire a Lawn and landscape combo foreman for the 2023 season. This is a full-time position doing landscaping work of all types. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the field of landscaping and lawn mowing. This is a combination position that will do landscape work M-W and mow lawns Th-F.

Landscape Foreman: $18-$23/hr depending upon experience.

• Must have multiple years of experience in the field of landscaping.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a vehicle with a trailer.
• Must show leadership qualities – an understanding of the projects at hand and the ability to lead the crew successfully to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Any other relevant experience with fencing, hardscaping, or construction is a major plus but not required.
• Job will entail mulching, pruning, topsoil, stone, planting, removing dead plantings, etc.

• Must have experience working for a company that provides lawn mowing services.
• Must be able to mow, weed whack, and leaf blow yards skillfully.

We work together as a company, so you may be doing different types of work each day. You also must be able to communicate respectfully to our clients in some cases

This work is physically strenuous, so we require that you be able to lift at least 50lbs and in good physical shape for working outdoors in the heat and various types of weather for extended periods of time.
