We’re looking for full time, responsible individuals who are creative, energetic and love to work outdoors.

NOTE: Everyone starts as a Landscape Crew Member at $18 per hour.

After working successfully as a Landscape Crew Member, you may interview with Landscape Management for the following positions, if you wish:

Crew Leader / Foreman = $20 per hour (Valid driver’s license required)

Apprentice = $21 per hour

Lawn Technician = $21 per hour

Irrigation Technician = $28 per hour

*5 work locations around Nashville, Tennessee (Clarksville, Franklin, 2 Nashville, Murfreesboro)

The Landscape Crew Member is responsible for the placing of sod, seed, edging, mulches, pavers, walls, and plantings on commercial and private properties according to the customer's highest standards in an efficient and timely manner.

You must be able to work outside in all kinds of weather and temperatures.

Duties:
1. Cut lawns using various-sized power mowers.
2. Trim and edge using a gas-powered edger / trimmer.
3. Operate a gas-powered blower.
4. Trim shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth, using shears, pruners, or gas-powered
hedge trimmers.
5. Remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs from shrubs and trees, using shears, pruners, or
gas-powered hedge trimmers.
6. Use landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
7. Pick up leaves, trash, and grass clippings. Place them onto burlap, then load them onto a truck
or trailer.
8. Weed by hand or using a garden hoe.
9. Take proper safety precautions and use equipment properly according to safety standards.
10. May be required to install plants and other hard materials.

Requirements:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
3. Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands and arms to
grasp, hold, and carry equipment.
4. Must be able to see well, hear well, and verbally communicate well.
5. Must be able to lift 70 pounds on a regular basis.
6. Requires ability to hear and speak. Talking and hearing occur continuously.
7. Visual acuity is required. Must be able to see well, with the most common functions being near
vision and depth perception.
8. Work is outside. Must be able to work in variable weather and temperatures.
9. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

1. Dependability: Must be able to be on time and demonstrate regular attendance.
2. Job Performance: Must be able to complete duties quickly, efficiently, and safely.
3. Conduct: Must be able to follow worksite rules and regulations. Employees who violate worksite rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and of employment.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
