We do multiple team outings per year.

Responsibilities:

-Looking for two landscape enhancement/garden maintenance foremen with sufficient experience and desire to run a crew efficiently.

-Complete landscape projects to company standards. Projects to include plantings, mulch and rock installs, turf install, property maintenance, pruning, weeding and seasonal clean ups.

-Properly use equipment to perform daily tasks.

-Record crew’s daily hours and submit to office for payroll.

-Take care of company equipment and vehicles, report any issues needing to be addressed to management.

-Clearly communicate with clients to express issues and understand their needs.

-Snow removal in winter season months.

Requirements:

-CO driver’s license and transportation to company yard.

-Must be willing to work overtime hours during peak seasonal demand.

-Detailed oriented.

-Understanding of budgets and company goals.

-Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer.

Compensation:

-$20.00-$26.00/hr

-Hourly rate is based on experience, punctuality, and overall attitude.

-End of year Bonus through company’s profit-sharing program.

-Paid Weekly.

-Quarterly Retention Bonus.

-Retirement with matching available after one year.

-Health Insurance.
