Projects Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing great customer service or excellent quality
• Ensure the crew is efficient, accurate and completes all projects to our high level of standards
• Monitor progress daily and make recommendations regarding the production of the job
• Manage the crew for effectiveness and efficiency
• Learn and train new skills
• Work alongside your crew
• Monitor inventory and equipment
• Effective communication with clients
• Responsible for quality control and the proper completion of jobs
• Ensure the crew is following safe work practices
• Enforce job site rules

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and backgrounds
• Ability to manage a crew of 3+ individuals for efficient completion of jobs
• 2+ years experience building hardscapes, retaining walls, and other aspects of landscape construction
• Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping and how to operate them, including heavy equipment
• Willingness to train and develop employees
• 2+ years experience managing a team is not required but preferred
• 1+ years experience with irrigation system installation is not required but preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Up to date and complete resume

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
