The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for leading your Landscaping Enhancement team members to provide professionallandscape maintenance, installs, and enhancements on commercial residential properties. Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:

• You will be responsible for managing a crew of 2-5 employees and help drive production, quality, safety and efficiency among the team.
• Ensuring all crew members are following safety policies and procedures
• Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations
• Managing services that can include any of the following: Landscape installs, maintenance, enhancements, tree/shrub installs, irrigation, mulch installs, other forms of landscaping work
• Must be able to read and execute job plans as well as be able to keep proper record keeping for jobs assigned to you
• Plan, organize and manage work for crew members at each client site location
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment and other company property
• Performing other tasks as assigned Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of landscape experience
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing crew labor in the landscaping industry
• Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Drivers License
