Landscape Installation Foreman Responsibilities:

• Help bring a client’s outdoor living space dream to life in the form of patios, retaining walls, firepits, outdoor kitchens, landscape installs, and outdoor lighting enhancements
• Operate various types of power equipment: loaders, chainsaw, sod cutters, concrete saws, bed edger, etc.
• Manage a crew of 2-3 other team members and communicate with both the client & management
• Demonstrate proper tree & shrub installation, have a good plant identification background, and strong design reading and bed layout skills
• Drive a large truck & trailer combo
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Install drainage systems, repair lighting & irrigation and be able to problem solve on the job
• Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation

Benefits:

• Competitive pay $18-24 per hour (Payrate will be based upon experience)
• 1.5x pay for snow removal hours
• Paid time off (72-160 hours depending on your role and duration of employment)
