Landscape Laborer Job at CJ’s Property Maintenance LLC
CJ’s Property Maintenance is seeking a full time person who has experience in landscaping. We are a growing company out of Vernon, who service apartments, condos, churches, and residential clients. The job is fast paced and we will need someone capable of working 8 hours even in the summer heat.
The qualified individual we are looking for would have experience in commercial equipment such as zero turn mowers, bobcats, other smaller equipment as well. A license and transportation are required, as we have several accounts to get to and from, and at times may need the employee to drive company trucks.
Experience for lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing off properties, pruning/shearing, etc) are all required. We are willing to pay well, based on the experience of the individual. Pay is on the books and weekly.
Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vernon, CT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
