Landscape General Manager
General Manager for Waco high end residential/commercial landscaping company needed.
A qualified applicant has significant experience in landscaping management. Knowledge of irrigation, plants, and fertilization is an asset.
Quality control and best-of-the-best customer service are a must. The General Manager must be knowledgeable and detail-oriented, diligent, organized, friendly and a good leader.
Must be an all-around leader for the crews: scheduling and setting their agenda each day, evaluating and rewarding top performers and holding crews accountable for quality and efficiency.
Use of a company vehicle to and from work, all fuel & maintenance included. PTO, sick days, and 50% employer-paid health insurance included. Company tablet and cell phone included.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
