Job Summary: Landscaper is responsible for interior and exterior landscape maintenance items and snow removal as assigned by the Landscape Manager for all facilities owned and operated by Moradi Enterprises and related holdings.
Essential Functions:
§ Performs all landscape maintenance including grass cutting, weed wacking, edging, weed pulling, sweeping, etc.
§ Responsible for planting seasonal flowers, pruning shrubs, and maintenance of all existing exterior landscape features including gazebo, stone walls, mulch, flower beds, etc.
§ Responsible for maintenance of all interior landscaping.
§ Snow removal using plow, skid steer, snow blower, shovel, salt / calcium chloride, etc.
§ Assists maintenance technicians as required.
§ Back-up to Janitorial / Maintenance staff.
§ Tracks and report all landscape maintenance activities.
§ Insures work environment is safe and free of clutter.
Education and Experience:
· Education a High School/GED
