The Moxy Virginia Beach Oceanfront, our BRAND NEW hotel opening Summer 2023, is seeking candidates for the position of Laundry Attendant to provide the cleaniest and comfiest linens on the boardwalk. Our crew will be actively engaged in creating spirited and fun experiences for guests unlike any other in the area, blending all service touch points and delivering thoughtful, dynamic service - with a Moxy twist.
Summary:
Crisp linens, a clean refreshing smell, everything in its proper place. Help us create a sparkling first impression upon guests entering their rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently prepare laundry for arrivals and refresh daily.
- Remove trash, dirty linens and debris.
- Account for linen inventory
- Ensure hotel laundry facility is well maintained and cared for.
- Dust, polish, vacuum and overall general cleaning.
- Position will require extended lengths of time standing, bending and lifting.
- Hotel operates 24 hrs. a day, 7 days a week.
- Flexible AM/PM shift coverage.
