As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for servicing customers' lawns, providing accurate lawn analyses in your route, while offering amazing customer service at all times. There is no experience necessary for this position! We train and invest in each and every one of our employees.

Position Details:

• Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential and commercial customers
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
• Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
• Generate field sales- earn additional commission!
• Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor
• Performance-based pay, guaranteed $18/hour top performers earn $26/hour+

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain, etc.)
• No landscaping or mowing
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (non-negotiable)

• Driver's License (Required)
