The H&K Group, Inc. is searching for the ideal Lawn Crew Laborer to be responsible for moving soil, equipment, and materials, digging holes, and assisting in landscaping grounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all work according to OSHA/MSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Dig holes for plants and trees
- Mix fertilizer or lime with dirt in bottom of holes to enrich soil, places plants or trees in holes and adds dirt to fill holes
- Attach wires from planted trees to stakes to support trees
- Haul or spread topsoil
- Water lawns, trees and plants
- Spread straw over seeded soil to prevent movement of seed and soil
- Build forms for concrete borders
- Mix and pour cement for garden borders
- Place decorative stones and plant flowers in garden areas
- Mow lawns
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution OR related training and/or experience
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
- Three months related training and/or experience
