Highly trained teachers lead each child to reach developmental milestones, preparing the children for social and academic success.

Our client is looking for fun and energetic full-time Lead and Assistant Teachers for their premier preschool in Broomfield, CO. Employment with our client offers a competitive compensation package including salary and benefits.

Salary and Benefits:

· Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour pending qualifications and professional experience. Qualifications are stipulated by the State of Colorado Office of Early Childhood

Job Responsibilities:

· Ability to understand and support the education program using their Balanced Learning approach

· Ability to lift items/children ~50 pounds

· Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all time

· Ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist with toileting (where necessary)

· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with school personnel, children, and parents

· Ability to multitask in a lively environment and work well within a team

· Ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies

Qualifications:

Lead Teacher

· CDA, AA, or BA in ECE or related field preferred

· Experience working with children preferred

· Meet background check eligibility

Assistant Teacher

· 18-years-old with a HS Diploma

· A desire to work with children

· Meet background check eligibility
