- GET PAID MORE AS A LEAD. Head start training for Care Coordinator.
- Providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
- Leading a team of caregivers and ensuring that they are providing excellent care.
- Guaranteed 40 hours plus overtime if wanted.
- Covering no-shows and call-offs when necessary.
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers.
- Assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, as well as many Advanced Need Home Care Programs.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Help in the office when not working in the field.
- Helping mentor caregivers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, with lead caregiver experience preferred but no required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability to rotate working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
